Heidi on her first day of chemo. November 20, 2010. 
We applauded as Heidi was actually able to eat a bite on day two despite chemo nausea. Peter brought her his cap to wear. Very sporty for a good sport. 
Heidi deeply appreciated Mel's wise and compassionate presence.
Doug gave Heidi a wonderful foot massage. I thought I could hear her purr. 
Heidi's guardian angel, Peter has just Connected Heidi to her world of friends and family with a wireless card.
Heidi's sweet friend,Becky brought Heidi good cheer and a fun balloon. I think that a good name for him would be Chemo the Frog.
We Laughed about our necks, trying to slim them down by sitting up straighter. This was the first day of chemo so we did not yet have to wear masks.
